Allan Kelly is an Agile Guide who helps software professionals, teams and enterprises enhance agility in a digital world. His wide experience of the challenges faced in software development underpins his advice, coaching, training and books. His novel, and sometimes radical, ideas create software development environments where people can thrive.

He is the author of seven books including "Xanpan" and "Continuous Digital". His most recent book is "The Art of Agile Product Ownership," 2019. UNITAR was created in 1963 to train and equip young diplomats from newly-independent UN Member States with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate through the diplomatic environment.
