Allan Kelly is an Agile Guide who helps software professionals, teams and enterprises enhance agility in a digital world. His wide experience of the challenges faced in software development underpins his advice, coaching, training and books. His novel, and sometimes radical, ideas create software development environments where people can thrive.

He is the author of seven books including "Xanpan" and "Continuous Digital". His most recent book is "The Art of Agile Product Ownership," 2019. Data is the lifeblood of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It forms the backbone of decision-making and accountability, but too many people are left out of the data, and too much of the data is outdated or incomplete. The Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data is a global community of several hundred partners working together to harness the data revolution for sustainable development, to fill these data gaps and ensure every life is counted.

The Office for National Statistics is the UK’s largest independent producer of official statistics and its recognised national statistical institute. We are responsible for collecting and publishing statistics related to the economy, population and society at national, regional and local levels. They also conduct the census in England and Wales every 10 years.
